The BioSpine Institute is pleased to announce Reginald J. Davis, M.D. has joined its minimally invasive spine surgeon team.
Dr. Davis will treat patients and perform minimally invasive spine surgery at both the Orland and Tampa locations. Most recently, Dr. Davis was the director of clinical research at the Laser Spine Institute.

Reginald Davis, M.D. is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr. Davis attended Marietta College earning an undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, and mathematics. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Davis was accepted into the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine to pursue post-graduate studies in neurosurgery.
After earning his medical degree, Dr. Davis retained an academic affiliation with Johns Hopkins as well as other educational institutions while conducting clinical research. Dr. Davis was an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins, a clinical instructor at the University of Baltimore and headed up the division of neurosurgery at the Greater Baltimore Medical Centre.
Dr. Davis has been involved in clinical trials leading to FDA-approved advancements in minimally invasive spine surgery and has written peer-reviewed articles for serval major medical journals, such as the Journal of Neurosurgery and the International Journal of Spine Surgery.
